Two sizes, one harvest

From blossom to jar

A harvest that tastes like the ranch.

When the orange blossoms open, the bees move through the flowers and carry their nectar back to the ranch hives. We wait until the honey is fully mature before removing each frame.

We extract and bottle it in small batches without pasteurizing or overheating it. This preserves its pale golden color, silky texture, and gentle citrus finish.
