Our bees gather nectar as the seasons unfold and carry it back to the ranch hives. We wait until the honey is fully mature before removing each frame.

We extract and bottle it in small batches without pasteurizing or overheating it. Its natural sweetness, color, and texture reflect the harvest, making each batch a little different.
